Where You Come In
๐ Research, identify and map prospective NGO clients that need software development and digital transformation support.
โ๏ธ Help craft targeted outreach campaigns, client pitches and marketing presentations.
๐ง Support lead generation through direct outreach by email, LinkedIn and professional networks.
๐ฃ๏ธ Translate technical software capabilities into clear, compelling messages for non-technical partners.

What Makes You a Fit
๐ An academic background in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications or International Relations (Bachelor level), with no prior work experience required.
๐ A strong interest in business development, B2B sales and digital technology.
๐ฃ๏ธ Excellent written and verbal English (other European languages a plus), a proactive mindset and genuine interest in the non-profit sector.

Setup and Support
๐ Based in Vienna, Austria, on-site (no remote work).
