💻 This temporary position sits in the Enterprise Applications Section (EAS) within the Information Management Systems Service (IMSS) of UNJSPF-Pension Administration, reporting to the Chief of Section.

What You'll Be Responsible For

🧱 Serve as the lead ERP Solution Architect for Oracle Cloud Financials — solution design, configuration alignment and end-to-end architecture across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Budgetary Control, Subledger Accounting, Financial Reporting, and integrations with the pension administration system, Oracle EBS and related platforms.

🔌 Design and oversee financial-process design, dataflows, controls, reporting needs and integrations — using enterprise patterns such as Oracle Integration Cloud, API-led connectivity, event-driven architecture and reusable components, aligned with Oracle ERP processes and financial controls.

🛡️ Provide technical leadership across complex initiatives, owning architecture decisions, design-authority sign-offs and non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security, auditability, observability, operational resilience); establish solution-design standards, reference architectures and governance; and contribute to architecture review boards.

🧑‍🏫 Mentor and provide technical direction to ERP analysts, engineers, integration developers and contract staff; review designs, configurations and deliverables; serve as the technical counterpart with vendors and business stakeholders; and champion the responsible adoption of AI-assisted development and automation across the software development lifecycle.

Who Can Apply

🎓 Education: an advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics or a related field; a first-level degree with qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu.

💼 Experience: a minimum of 7 years as an ERP or Technical Architect in Oracle Cloud with substantial Oracle Cloud Financials experience; at least 5 years designing or overseeing integrations supporting Oracle Cloud Financials (Oracle Integration Cloud, API-led connectivity, data models, integration governance); and at least 3 years with integrations involving pension administration, payroll or other core financial platforms (Oracle, Vitech V3, SAP, Workday or comparable). Experience with financial dataflows and AWS/Azure-based data platforms is desirable.
