About the Role

This is a P-2, entry-level international professional position within UNFPA's Supply Chain Management Unit (SCMU) in Copenhagen, reporting to the Supply Chain Solutions Team Lead. It is a fixed-term appointment and is internationally recruited. What You'll Do

🤝 Strategically assess and strengthen SCMU's global procurement and logistics partnerships with international organisations, UN agencies and donors

📦 Provide procurement services to external organisations, and deliver technical and operational procurement support

👥 Manage a team of Supply Chain Services Associates

📈 Develop new collaborations and growth opportunities, improving the efficiency of UNFPA's supply chain function

Who Can Apply

🎓 An advanced (Master's) university degree in supply chain management, business administration, marketing, international relations, development studies, social sciences, economics or international commerce; alternatively, a first-level degree combined with a relevant professional certification (CIPS Level 3 or CILT Level 3) may be accepted

💼 A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, fundraising, sales or customer service in mission-driven organisations, with strong marketing writing and project management skills

🩺 Assets include: 1+ year in international procurement/logistics in the health sector, 1+ year of people management, and familiarity with UN and Global Fund procurement policies

🗣️ Fluency in English is required; Spanish and French are an asset
