Description

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on society? We are excited to introduce our ESC project, which focuses on the social reintegration of individuals at risk of exclusion and empowers them to become active citizens. This initiative addresses a pressing issue that affects countless people – social exclusion and its harmful consequences. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to design and lead activities and workshops for Youth and Children, visit Christmas markets, schools and public institutions to raise awareness of EU values, introduce your culture and promote ESC mobilities. You will also take part in meetings with NGOs working on poverty, exclusion, and social challenges, as well as support initiatives that encourage integration, reintegration, charitable activities, and the promotion of health and wellbeing. Additionally, you will contribute to cultural presentations at the library and join us to celebrate the end of the year with Fundacja CAT!

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

Fully furnished houses, 2 to 10 minutes away from the Office, shared accommodation with other volunteers, common space , bathroom …etc 5. has access to foundation bikes 6. Training during the activity

During the initiation of the project, there will be an Adaptation Week, Cultural events. This period will provide an opportunity to collaborate with an international team, with English as the working language, and an introduction to the Polish language through weekly lessons. Mentoring session weekly to tackle topics that serve personal growth. Participants will develop the ability to engage in conversations in multiple languages. Upon the completion of the mobility program, participants will receive a Youth Pass / ESC Volunteer Diploma.



 

Participant profile

a vibrant and energetic disposition, a passion for youth work, and an interest in social work. Additionally, we seek individuals who are creative, adaptable to various environments, and eager to learn about the workings of non-governmental organizations (NGOs). The candidate should be capable of both independent work and collaborative efforts within a group setting, demonstrating proficiency in multitasking. We extend a special invitation to Young Persons with Fewer Opportunities (YPFO) to actively engage in this project.
