🔷 Activity Details

Description

Join us at BWA in Krosno, a charming town in Podkarpacie, for a 2-month international volunteering project bringing together 6 people from different countries. Together, we will work on creative, cultural, promotional and organisational tasks. The project is a chance to gain practical experience in teamwork, communication, event organisation and intercultural cooperation. The activity dates are fixed: 04.11.2026–30.12.2026. Participants must arrive on 03.11.2026 and leave on 31.12.2026. These dates are not negotiable. Staying in Poland a few days before and/or after the project may be possible only at the participant’s own cost. Apply as soon as possible. Recruitment is ongoing and places may be filled before the official deadline. You can find all the necessary information in the infopack -> INFOPACK

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

This project is a partnership between INPRO (Coordinating Organisation – selection & administration) and BWA Krosno (Hosting Organisation – accommodation & activities). Volunteers will stay in shared rooms for 2, or 3 people, each with a private bathroom, and have access to a shared kitchen for self-catering. Each volunteer receives 12 EUR/day for food and pocket money. Travel costs are reimbursed up to applicable limits based on distance and transport. Most activities take place in Krosno, so local transport is rarely needed — if required, it will be organised or covered.

Training during the activity

At the beginning of the project, volunteers will take part in an introduction to the hosting organisation, the city of Krosno, the aims of the project and the European Solidarity Corps. They will receive practical preparation related to teamwork, communication, promotion, event organisation and activities with the local community. Throughout the project, volunteers will be supported by coordinators and mentors. The project will also include space for intercultural learning, reflection and evaluation. You can read more about Krosno and the planned activities in the infopack.

Participant profile

This project is especially addressed to young people with fewer opportunities and little or no previous experience in international projects. We would like it to be a first international volunteering experience for participants who may not have had many chances to join similar activities before. You do not need experience in youth projects, event organisation or volunteering. What matters most is your motivation, openness and willingness to be part of an international team. If you are wondering whether to apply, if you feel that you do not have enough experience, or if you think this project may not be for you - we especially encourage you to apply. We are looking for people like you! Apply only via the European Youth Portal with your CV and a motivation statement. ❗Email applications will not be considered ❗
