🔷 Activity Details

Description

TECHO Honduras works with 12 communities around the country, 7 communities located in the north of the country. In each community, TECHO implements the institution's work model and develops housing programmes and community infrastructure projects in cooperation with the neighbours of the communities. The volunteer will be responsible for the design and implementation of the area's local strategy, guaranteeing a community development approach in all processes and actions carried out by the organisation in the communities. Together with the territorial team, s/he will accompany the processes of opening communities, monitoring the expansion and coverage strategy, leading the implementation of the Working Groups with the corresponding cycle of diagnosis, action plan and execution of projects in the communities. In coordination with the other territorial areas, s/he will lead the development of community infrastructure projects and other community development projects
