Following the successful implementation of three editions of the Cross-Border Ambassadors programme, the Border Focal Point Network (BFPN) is proud to launch the call for applications for its 2026โ€“2027 mandate. This initiative, coordinated by the European Commission's DG REGIO, seeks to empower a new generation of young people living in or connected to Europe's border regions to engage actively in EU-level dialogue on cross-border cooperation, contribute meaningful insights from the ground, and enhance the visibility of border issues through youth-led communication.

Up to 10 Ambassadors will be selected to join this fourth edition of the programme, contributing to a stronger, more inclusive, and better integrated Europe.
