Europe101 is a free online leadership programme for young people aged 16 to 30 from across the continent, founded by Julia Middleton and Gordon Bajnai in 2021 to connect and support the young leaders of this generation. It has now partnered with d-teach online school to enhance the programme's interactivity, engagement, and accessibility. Europe101 will equip you with the networks and skills to become an agent for change, exploring a new model of leadership, the Liquid Leadership Model, together with other young leaders from across Europe. As you explore the key concepts and reflect on your own experiences, strengths, challenges and context, you will develop your own leadership potential. It is a philanthropic initiative co-created with over 500 young leaders from across Europe, offering free, accessible online leadership training as a steppingstone to leadership and a European network of peers and influential leaders.
How It Works
Join a dynamic online cohort of up to 300 young leaders from across Europe over 4 weeks. As a participant, you will:
📚 Dive into one learning module per week at your own pace on the Europe101 platform, approximately 2 hours per week, and engage in 3 live webinars, panels and Q&A sessions with leading specialists and the 50+ Patrons across Europe
💡 Explore new dimensions of leadership based on the Liquid Leadership Model, co-created by over 500 young leaders across Europe to provide a shared language and framework for leadership, and earn a certificate

The Investment
The entire programme is offered online, with support from d-teach online school, and is completely free of charge, made possible through philanthropy. The only investment required is your commitment: around 3 hours per week for about 4 weeks. Europe101 is hosted 3 to 5 times per year. The upcoming cohort runs from 28 September to 23 October 2026, with registration opening on 23 September, and the format is 100% online with English as the language.
