JAVVA est une association belge qui promeut le volontariat en Belgique et à l’étranger.
Le/la volontaire aura pour mission principale de soutenir le suivi et le développement du volontariat au sein de l’association, ainsi que d’accompagner les dynamiques de participation des jeunes et de démocratie participative développées par JAVVA.
Le/la volontaire travaillera en étroite collaboration avec la chargée de communauté et le coordinateur de JAVVA.
- Faire vivre et développer notre communauté de volontaires, imaginer de nouvelles façons de les mobiliser et renforcer la démocratie participative au cœur de JAVVA.
- Co-animer des ateliers, contribuer à la communication et créer des outils pédagogiques.
- Participer à des salons, à des chantiers internationaux et à la vie associative et aux différents projets de JAVVA
- Créer du lien avec les universités
- Une mission variée, de terrain et de réflexion, pour encourager l’engagement des jeunes et faire grandir des projets porteurs de sens.

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
Le volontaire sera hébergé dans une colocation à Bruxelles OU dans un logement intergénérationnel où il/elle aura sa propre chambre.
Le volontaire recevra un abonnement mensuel pour les transports en commun de la Région Bruxelles-Capitale.
L'indemnité mensuelle recouvre : argent de poche, nourriture et transport.
Training during the activity
Le/la volontaire participera aux formations d’arrivée et de mi-parcours organisées par l’Agence Nationale.
Le/la volontaire prendra également part aux journées d’accueil, de suivi et d’évaluation organisées par JAVVA et au week-end des volontaires en septembre.
Un accompagnement régulier sera assuré par la chargée de communauté et le coordinateur.
Temps de travail : 4jours semaine puis 5 jours semaine
Participant profile
Nous recherchons une personne curieuse, ouverte d’esprit et motivée par les questions liées à la participation démocratique, au volontariat et à l’engagement citoyen. Le/la volontaire intégrera une dynamique collective importante pour JAVVA : durant les six premiers mois, il/elle participera activement au projet de démocratie participative porté par l’association, qui vise à renforcer la place des jeunes dans les espaces de réflexion, de gouvernance et de prise de décision. À travers des ateliers, des réunions participatives, des moments de consultation et des activités collectives, le/la volontaire contribuera à créer des espaces où les jeunes pourront s’exprimer, partager leurs idées et réfléchir ensemble à l’avenir de l’association.
Durant le second semestre, le/la volontaire participera également à l’élan collectif autour de la construction du futur plan quadriennal de JAVVA. Dans la continuité des réflexions menées sur la participation démocratique, il/elle accompagnera un processus “par et pour les jeunes”, visant à imaginer les priorités, les orientations et les projets futurs de l’association. Le/la volontaire sera donc amené·e à contribuer à une réflexion stratégique collective autour de la place du volontariat, de la jeunesse, de l’engagement citoyen et de l’action interculturelle au sein de JAVVA.
Le/la volontaire sera encadré·e par le responsable de la communauté et le coordinateur de JAVVA, qui l’accompagneront tout au long du projet à travers des moments de suivi, de soutien méthodologique et d’accompagnement dans ses missions.
Nous recherchons une personne capable de dialoguer et de collaborer dans un environnement participatif et interculturel. Le/la volontaire devra apprécier le travail en équipe tout en étant capable de prendre des initiatives et de travailler progressivement en autonomie. Une sensibilité aux dynamiques de groupe, aux questions sociales, à la solidarité et à la vie associative est particulièrement appréciée.
