Calm in Chaos is an Erasmus+ Training Course bringing together youth workers from Slovenia, Italy, Belgium, Hungary, Poland and Romania to strengthen their skills in psychosocial support, crisis response and wellbeing.

Throughout this hands-on training, participants will:
โ Learn the fundamentals of psychosocial support and psychological first aid
โ Strengthen communication skills for difficult conversations
โ Recognise body language and early signs of distress
โ Create psychologically safe spaces for young people
โ Practice mindfulness and self-regulation techniques
โ Explore burnout prevention and resilience-building strategies
โ Discover reflection methods and ways to transfer learning into their local communities
Expect an interactive programme full of:
โ Crisis simulations based on real youth work situations
โ Role plays and communication labs
โ Nature-based wellbeing activities
โ Nonviolent communication practices
โ Evening reflection circles around the fire
โ A supportive international community of youth workers
The training is facilitated by Nina Deฤman, an experienced social worker specialising in youth work, psychosocial support, conflict resolution and creating safe spaces for young people facing challenging life situations.
