Continuing on the work that was done during the previous years (building on site since 2010), we want to grab the opportunity that was given to as by the ESC Volunteering program, and complete tree on-going new eco-buildings, the new magnificent building that will serve as the main hub of the Telethrion Community Project and also complete our new Cuckoo Yurt and Nursery at the Test Site land. We will also improve existing constructions, through skill sharing, resilient community building and creating a new paradigm of sustainable life. This ESC team will run for 25 days *including travel days, from the 5th of October (travel day) 2026 to the 29th of October (Departure Day). FreeAndReal will welcome 12-14 motivated participants from EU countries, who together with the skilled trainers of the Free and Real team will get their hands dirty and minds full on sustainability and resilience in practice.
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
🏘️Participants will be staying in the FreeAndReal offgrid "The Test Site", at the natural buildings of FreeAndReal, will be “powered” by plant based cuisine, and experience a communal sustainable lifestyle within walking distance by the sea!

Eligibility Criteria: Age: Up Until 30 years old Experience or honest interest in sustainability, community building, or related fields Strong motivation and willingness to actively participate in all project activities Open-mindedness and willingness to work in a multicultural environment including the dissemination activities and goals Sufficient use of English language Be willing to experience a low impact lifestyle such as using compost toilets, vegan/plant based diet and community respectful way of life
