The funding is refreshingly concrete on the first three: the Italian tourism role is paid, the Spanish role comes with an Erasmus+ grant and accommodation finding support, and the French role pays €900 gross a month with meal vouchers and public transport reimbursed. Three months on the front line of a student mobility platform, handling real customer problems by phone, email and chat and learning how to solve them properly. You will also keep the customer database current, help write user guides and run social media channels. Comes with an Erasmus+ grant and assistance finding accommodation for your stay. The guest never sees the spreadsheet behind a smooth check in, but you will be the one keeping it. Welcoming guests before, during and after their stay, coordinating check ins, housekeeping schedules and apartment logistics, and managing the online reputation review by review. €900 gross a month, meal vouchers and public transport reimbursed.
