¿Te gustaría contribuir a la defensa del territorio y a la construcción de comunidades más resilientes frente a la crisis climática? Como parte del proyecto PUENTES, colaborarás con MPDL Colombia en Aguachica (Cesar), apoyando iniciativas de justicia climática, fortalecimiento de organizaciones comunitarias y defensa del territorio. Trabajarás junto a comunidades locales promoviendo la participación, la sostenibilidad ambiental y el ejercicio de los derechos colectivos desde un enfoque territorial e inclusivo. Formarás parte del Movimiento por la Paz (MPDL), una organización pacifista, feminista y antirracista con más de 40 años de experiencia trabajando por un mundo más justo. La persona voluntaria colaborará entre 30 y 38 horas semanales, recibirá formación y acompañamiento continuos, y podrá realizar desplazamientos a comunidades cercanas donde se desarrollan los proyectos.
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
Los gastos de alojamiento, visado, seguro y vuelos están cubiertos por el proyecto. El alojamiento estará ubicado en una zona segura de Aguachica (Cesar), con acceso a servicios básicos y habitación individual. La persona voluntaria recibirá una asignación mensual para cubrir alimentación y transporte local. Los viajes entre tu lugar de residencia y Colombia serán financiados por MPDL. Además, contarás con un seguro médico internacional (Henner) durante toda la duración del voluntariado.
Training during the activity
Asistirás a una formación previa sobre MPDL, ayuda humanitaria, seguridad, tutoría y aspectos prácticos (visado, seguro, etc.). Al llegar a tu destino, recibirás formación sobre la organización de acogida, tus tareas y rol. Además, podrás participar en espacios de intercambio con otras personas voluntarias y formaciones para fortalecer competencias transversales como la conciencia intercultural. Durante tu despliegue, te animamos a aprovechar formaciones de la UE como OLS, GOT y SALTO.
Participant profile
Buscamos una persona comprometida con la transformación social, la justicia climática y la defensa del territorio, que comparta los valores pacifistas, feministas y antirracistas de MPDL y tenga interés en formar parte de nuestro equipo en Colombia durante 10 meses. Si te interesa la gestión de proyectos, el fortalecimiento de organizaciones comunitarias y el trabajo junto a comunidades rurales, esta experiencia te permitirá desarrollar nuevas competencias con el acompañamiento continuo de una persona tutora. Animamos especialmente a postularse a personas con menos oportunidades, especialmente si han enfrentado barreras para acceder a la educación, el empleo, la salud u otros servicios, o si residen en zonas rurales o periféricas. Valoramos personas con capacidad de adaptación, respeto por la diversidad cultural, empatía, pensamiento crítico, iniciativa y compromiso. Se apreciará el interés o experiencia en justicia climática, gestión ambiental, educación ambiental o protección del medio ambiente, así como la disponibilidad para realizar desplazamientos frecuentes a comunidades, una oportunidad para conocer distintos territorios y trabajar de cerca con organizaciones y comunidades locales. Las personas candidatas deberán tener entre 18 y 35 años, residir en un país elegible (Estados miembros de la UE, Macedonia del Norte, Islandia, Liechtenstein o Turquía), haber completado la formación obligatoria del Voluntariado de Ayuda Humanitaria y no haber participado previamente en un voluntariado individual de este programa. La duración total acumulada de las experiencias de voluntariado de la UE no podrá superar los 12 meses.
