Autistic and neurodivergent young people are often supported by many actors at once: caregivers, therapists, educators, youth workers and NGOs, who frequently work separately, creating communication gaps and extra pressure on families. This free online webinar helps youth workers and NGOs better understand the "care circle" and how structured observations, caregiver guidance, inclusive communication and coordination can strengthen support in non formal settings. It also introduces the safe, ethical use of digital tools and AI, and their clear limits: they should never diagnose, replace professionals or present AI output as final advice. An international training for professionals working with young people during and after imprisonment. The focus is the role and potential of non formal education in resocialisation and successful reintegration: through practical workshops, exchange of experiences and peer learning you gain new tools, methods and perspectives, while reflecting on the challenges across different institutional and local realities. It also builds stronger cooperation between institutions, probation services and NGOs, and opens the door to future Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps projects that strengthen youth inclusion.
