ℹ️ Description About The Opportunity

We invite you to a 1-hour webinar, where you will discover how to serve others without depleting yourself. The webinar will be led by Elitsa Velikova – therapist, founder and director of Arts & Therapy Institute, Sofia.

Most people who choose to work with others do so because they want to make a positive difference. They care deeply, give generously, and often put the needs of others before their own.

Many professionals in helping and educational roles eventually find themselves feeling exhausted, overcommitted, or struggling to make a sustainable living. They say yes too often, work beyond their capacity, offer free support, or carry responsibilities that don’t truly belong to them.

The result? Burnout, frustration, and a gradual loss of the passion that first inspired them.

How can we create the results that we want instead? Such as a sense of meaning, sustainable living, healthy relationships, and great social impact?

In this webinar, we will explore how to serve others without depleting yourself.

Drawing on a systemic perspective, we’ll look at how to create a healthy balance. Because when we are serving from the right place and role, we are able to offer far greater value to the people we support.

During this webinar, we’ll explore:

* Why do so many helping professionals end up overgiving and exhausted?

* How to create healthy boundaries without becoming distant?

* The importance of balance between giving and receiving.

* How to care for your own energy while continuing to serve others with authenticity and impact.

Whether you’re just starting your journey or have years of experience, this webinar will invite you to reflect on how you can build a practice that is both meaningful and sustainable—for the people you work with and for yourself.
