Description
L’Experimental Movement Centre è un’organizzazione senza scopo di lucro che da oltre 15 anni avvicina bambini, giovani e adulti al circo contemporaneo e alle arti performative. La missione dell’organizzazione è quella di coltivare l’indipendenza e la creatività nei giovani attraverso la danza, il circo, l’acrobatica, la recitazione e la musica. Il gruppo di istruttori e allievi condivide un’atmosfera amichevole e accogliente. Il tuo tempo come volontario si dividerà tra assitenza degli istruttori durante le sessioni di allenamento di circo e acrobazia e attività d’ufficio, adattate ai tuoi interessi e alle tue preferenze. Tuttavia, una parte significativa del tuo tempo verrà soprattutto trascorsa in palestra e i compiti specifici varieranno a seconda della tua esperienza pregressa, delle tue competenze e dei tuoi interessi. Potrai anche contribuire ad attività creative quali la coreografia, la creazione di costumi, la gestione dei social media o la realizzazione di contenuti visivi.
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
Ti verrà fornito un alloggio adeguato, vicino al luogo di svolgimento del volontariato: in genere si tratta d'un appartamento condiviso o d'un ostello, arredati con le attrezzature di base. La sistemazione può essere singola o condivisa a seconda della disponibilità, con cucina e bagno in comune. Riceverai un contributo di 5 euro al giorno per le spese personali e altri 200 euro al mese per il vitto. Il viaggio dall'Italia all'Estonia e ritorno sarà completamente rimborsato, così come i trasporti locali relativi alle attività saranno interamente sostenuti dall'organizzazione d'accoglienza.
Training during the activity
Parteciperai a 3 sessioni di formazione ufficiali: una prima della partenza dall'Italia, una seconda qualche settimana dopo il tuo arrivo in Estonia e una terza verso la fine del volontariato. Acquisirai esperienza pratica nella ginnastica acrobatica e nel circo e competenze didattiche e di coaching, migliorerai la tua capacità di gestione del tempo, amplierai creatività e spirito d'iniziativa: in sintesi, questo volontariato sarà fonte di grande crescita personale, e tutto questo mentre ti farai tanti nuovi amici, anche grazie alle attività complementari organizzate dal Centro.

Cerchiamo volontari coraggiosi, curiosi e desiderosi d'imparare e contribuire alla crescita dell'organizzazione d'accoglienza, sicuri nelle loro scelte e determinati a portare a termine i cómpiti assegnati con il supporto dei mentor. È importante possedere interesse per lo sport, l'esercizio fisico e il lavoro con i bambini, ed essere disponibili a provare i numeri in prima persona, anche quelli acrobatici, prima di insegnarli ai beneficiari. Una precedente esperienza in ginnastica, circo o danza verrà valutata positivamente. Il lavoro dell'organizzazione d'accoglienza è dinamico e in continua evoluzione, quindi flessibilità, apertura a nuove esperienze e spigliatezza sono caratteristiche fondamentali per partecipare a questo progetto. Poiché tutte le sessioni di formazione si svolgono in Estone, è fondamentale che il volontario s'impegni attivamente nell'apprendimento di questa lingua. Inoltre, si prega di notare che le attività del centro non seguono l'orario di lavoro tradizionale e la giornata lavorativa tipica va dalle 12:00 alle 20:00 o dalle 13:00 alle 21:00. Anche la domenica è un giorno lavorativo, ma ciò è compensato da giorni di riposo durante la settimana. Occasionalmente, gli eventi si svolgono nei fine settimana, ma di solito c'è molto tempo libero durante le vacanze scolastiche. Ricorda che tutto il materiale che presenti a supporto della tua candidatura (lettera di motivazione, profilo sul portale e CV) dev'essere in Inglese (o in Estone, se lo parli.....)!!!
