ATD Quart Monde Belgique, mouvement axé sur les droits humains, agit pour éradiquer la pauvreté en renforçant les personnes les plus touchées. Fidèles au principe « ne laisser personne de côté », nous pratiquons sobriété heureuse, gouvernance participative et collaboration entre une trentaine de permanents et des bénévoles de tous horizons. Infos : atd-quartmonde.be et jeunessequartmonde.be. Le·la volontaire CES contribuera à divers projets à Bruxelles et en Wallonie, visant l’éducation, l’accès aux droits et la participation citoyenne des personnes en grande pauvreté. La mission se déroulera avec un public enfants et jeunes : bibliothèques de rue, ateliers 0-12 ans, espace rencontres et action des jeunes 16-30ans, sensibilisation dans les écoles et formation. Le·la volontaire prendra progressivement des responsabilités : logistique, communication, recherche, animation avec divers publics.

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

Le.la volontaire aura sa chambre dans la colocation d’ATD Quart Monde à Bruxelles, qui se trouve à la Maison Quart Monde (au dessus des locaux/bureaux !). Il/elle partagera cet appartement agréable avec deux autres collaborateurs.trices d’ATD. C’est bien équipé pour préparer (et partager si souhaité) des repas et passer de bons moments. Le midi en semaine est souvent un moment convivial entre les membres de l’équipe. Le volontaire aura un abonnement mensuel pour les transports de la région Bruxelles Capitale.

Training during the activity

Le.la volontaire aura l'occasion de participer à la formation d'arrivée et à la formation de mi-parcours organisées par notre Agence nationale ainsi qu’aux journées d’accueil, mi-parcours et clôture CES organisées par JAVVA. Le.la volontaire participera également aux temps de formation-rencontre, organisés pour toutes les personnes qui sont nouvelles dans l’équipe d’ATD Quart Monde.

Nous sommes impatients d’accueillir une personne qui: - cherche une meilleure compréhension des problèmes et des mécanismes liés à la pauvreté et l’exclusion sociale - veut développer une bonne interaction avec des personnes issues de milieux socio-économiques très différents, qui n'ont pas toujours l'habitude de se rencontrer et de travailler ensemble - voit la plus value du travail d’équipe et peut fonctionner de façon autonome également - aime l’écoute active et empathique - est à l’aise avec l’animation de groupe (enfants, jeunes ou adultes) et est intéressée à développer différentes méthodiques favorisant l’expression et la participation - n’a pas peur de tâches logistiques et d’événements imprévus et est prête à faire une partie de secrétariat et de communication (rédaction de rapports, d’articles ou audio-visuels courts…) - est à l’aise dans les transports en public pour des déplacements (projets) - Parler Français est un atout - Aucune compétence technique spécifique n’est requise : la motivation reste le principal critère de sélection. - Ouverts aux candidats venants de Bulgarie, Espagne, France, Irlande, Luxembourg ou Pologne (pays où un lien avec ATD Quart Monde pourra se poursuivre après le volontariat CES à Bruxelles) Merci d'ajouter le mot "fleurs" à votre lettre de motivation pour voir si vous avez lu attentivement, et d'éviter l'utilisation de chatgpt :)
