Stranaidea, ente di invio italiano, propone per l’ente ospitante SEO/BirdLife questo progetto: i giovani volontari parteciperanno ad attività svolte in importanti aree naturali, vivendo a contatto con la comunità locale e lavorando fianco a fianco in un team di volontari del posto. Verranno promossi temi quali l'interculturalità, il valore della diversità culturale, lo scambio di esperienze, l'arricchimento reciproco, il rispetto e la tolleranza. Attività sul campo: i volontari collaboreranno attivamente ai nostri programmi scientifici di monitoraggio dell'avifauna (censimento e marcatura) a Doñana, nonché a diversi progetti di ripristino dell'habitat e campagne di conservazione a Doñana e in altre aree naturali. Presso il Centro Ornitologico Francisco Bernis, sviluppiamo campagne di sensibilizzazione e programmi di educazione ambientale rivolti alla comunità locale. I volontari collaboreranno inoltre con il personale addetto alla gestione dei visitatori presso il centro.

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

Vitto: Il volontario riceverà 160 € al mese per il vitto. Alloggio: Stanza privata in un alloggio condiviso con altri giovani. L'alloggio sarà completamente attrezzato; le spese per elettricità, acqua e gas saranno a carico dell'organizzazione ospitante. Aspetti organizzativi (orario di lavoro, giorni di riposo settimanali, ferie): Il volontario lavora 35 ore distribuite su 5 giorni a settimana. È previsto un diritto a 2 giorni di ferie al mese; tali giorni potranno essere fruiti previo accordo con il team SEO/BirdLife.


Training during the activity

I volontari parteciperanno a seminari di formazione che forniranno informazioni dettagliate su tutte le attività di collaborazione previste, nonché sul contesto naturale e sociale in cui queste si svolgono. Verranno inoltre organizzati workshop e sessioni informative. I volontari seguiranno brevi corsi su ecologia, biologia, identificazione delle specie, nonché sulle tecniche di marcatura e monitoraggio delle stesse. Supporto linguistico: il volontario ha diritto a ricevere supporto linguistico tramite una piattaforma online, come previsto dalla Guida al programma Erasmus+.

I partecipanti dovranno essere volontari giovani e fortemente motivati, che mostrino un particolare interesse per la conservazione e lo studio dell'ambiente. Saranno particolarmente apprezzati lo spirito di collaborazione, l'iniziativa personale, un atteggiamento positivo verso il lavoro sul campo, la tolleranza, il rispetto per le usanze e la cultura degli altri volontari e della comunità locale, nonché il senso dell'umorismo.
