What You'll Do

๐Ÿ“‘ Assist the Sales Manager with conference and event bid production, and assist Project Managers in coordinating the organisation of assigned virtual, hybrid and live conferences and events.

๐Ÿจ Support accommodation and venue management, AV and catering coordination, transport and travel management, and social programme creation for confirmed conferences.

๐Ÿ’ป Handle online registration and abstract submission, create ezines, flyers and programmes, help update conference websites and databases, and manage delegate services including correspondence with delegates, speakers, sponsors and suppliers, issuing invoices and visa letters.

๐ŸŽค Provide onsite management as the representative during the operation of a conference or event, take responsibility for financial and credit control over assigned conferences, cover front office reception as assigned, and assist with environmental and responsible tourism initiatives. Flexibility is required to support other departments.

What They're Looking For

๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Fluency in English, good keyboard skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, and good communication and organizational skills.

๐ŸŽ“ Students must be affiliated with a college or educational institution (Erasmus, Leonardo da Vinci, etc.) or have the internship form part of their studies.

The Details
