What You'll Do

💶 Update cost sheets for proposals and confirmed programmes, secure supplier services where appropriate, and negotiate rates.

🗺️ Put itineraries together and help write descriptions for suppliers such as hotels, restaurants and evening events.

📞 Deal with suppliers, requesting rates and availability daily via email and phone (a good level of English is essential), and answer and transfer phone calls to the appropriate team member.

📊 Assist with sales and marketing activities, including sales trip preparation and creating PowerPoint presentations, cover front office reception as assigned, and assist the Abbey Group with its environmental and responsible tourism initiatives. Flexibility is required, as the role may extend to support other departments.

What They're Looking For

🗣️ Fluency in English is essential, with good keyboard skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent teamwork, the ability to manage time and meet deadlines, and good communication and organizational skills.

🎓 Students must be affiliated with a college or educational institution (Erasmus, Leonardo da Vinci, etc.) or have the internship form part of their studies.
