Do you want to create content in the heart of Lapland, surrounded by Northern Lights, huskies and reindeer? Rovaniemi Insider is looking for a Marketing and Content Creation intern to help tell the story of authentic Arctic experiences.

Rovaniemi Insider is a local Finnish company based in Rovaniemi with the slogan "We know our city." It specialises in accommodation and authentic Arctic experiences, with over 200 apartments in the Rovaniemi city centre, the Elves Village Hotel in Santa Claus Village, the Hotel Academy in Kemijärvi, and more than 50 unforgettable winter experiences such as Northern Lights tours, husky safaris from its own husky farm, and reindeer experiences, always focusing on small groups and local experience.

What You'll Do

📸 Edit and retouch images for social media and marketing materials, and assist in creating visual content for Instagram, website publications and marketing campaigns.

🗂️ Organize and manage digital media files.

📱 Learn content planning, production workflows and performance analysis for social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok under supervision.

🎬 Participate in marketing projects and creative campaigns as structured learning activities with mentorship, and learn about tourism marketing and destination branding in Lapland.

What They're Looking For

🌟 Good communication skills and a positive attitude, EU citizenship or a valid residence permit, and the ability to stay organized, detail-oriented and to prioritise work across multiple projects.

🗣️ Fluent English, with additional languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch or German a plus, and a valid car driving licence.

What They Offer

💶 A salary from €300 to €700 per month, shared apartment accommodation with other interns (€250 per month), and transportation costs, plus the chance to join the tours for free to experience the Arctic and to experience Finnish working culture in a dynamic, growing and international environment.
