The Role
This full-time internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in guest relations, hospitality operations, digital communication and hotel management. What You'll Do
🛎️ Welcome and assist guests before, during and after their stay to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
💬 Communicate with guests via email, phone and online messaging platforms in a professional and friendly manner.
🧹 Support the coordination of daily operations, including check-ins, check-outs, housekeeping and apartment logistics, and assist with organising housekeeping schedules and preparing accommodation for arriving guests.
🤝 Handle guest enquiries and requests, resolve minor issues promptly, collect feedback to improve the customer experience, and help manage the company's online reputation by monitoring guest reviews and assisting with responses.
🗂️ Collaborate with on-site teams, maintain accurate records, ensure efficient communication between departments, and assist with various administrative and operational tasks.

What They're Looking For
🎓 Students currently studying Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Hotel Management or a related field, available full-time for 5 to 6 months.
🗣️ Excellent command of English (required), with good knowledge of French an advantage, plus strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
