The Role

As Design Coordinator, you support the design team in coordinating design projects from briefing to delivery, ensuring a smooth workflow between designers, shift leads and other stakeholders.

What You'll Do

๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Support the design team in coordinating design projects from briefing to delivery.

โœ”๏ธ Review and quality-check graphic design outputs to ensure alignment with client briefs and brand guidelines.

๐Ÿ“… Assist in managing project timelines, priorities and deadlines.

๐Ÿค Join meetings with clients to support communication, note-taking and follow-ups.

๐Ÿ”„ Coordinate between designers, shift leads and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth workflow, and track feedback, revisions and project status updates.

What They're Looking For

๐ŸŽจ A background or interest in Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing or related fields.

๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Fluent Swedish and English communication skills (written and spoken).

โฑ๏ธ Strong organizational and time management abilities, good attention to detail (especially in reviewing visual and design outputs), the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a proactive, responsible and willing-to-learn attitude.

Working Schedule

๏ฟฝ7๏ธโƒฃ You work in weekly rotated shifts to engage with clients around the world in different time zones: a morning shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or an evening shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day, reporting to the shift leads. An internship stamp is provided.
