The Role

As Design Coordinator, you support the design team in coordinating design projects from briefing to delivery, ensuring a smooth workflow between designers, shift leads and other stakeholders.

What You'll Do

🗂️ Support the design team in coordinating design projects from briefing to delivery.

✔️ Review and quality-check graphic design outputs to ensure alignment with client briefs and brand guidelines.

📅 Assist in managing project timelines, priorities and deadlines.

🤝 Join meetings with clients to support communication, note-taking and follow-ups.

🔄 Coordinate between designers, shift leads and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth workflow, and track feedback, revisions and project status updates.

📁 Support the shift leads in daily project management and operational tasks, and help maintain organized project documentation and assets.

What They're Looking For

🎨 A background or interest in Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing or related fields.

🗣️ Fluent Swedish and English communication skills (written and spoken).

⏱️ Strong organizational and time management abilities, good attention to detail (especially in reviewing visual and design outputs), the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a proactive, responsible and willing-to-learn attitude.

Working Schedule

�7️⃣ You work in weekly rotated shifts to engage with clients around the world in different time zones: a morning shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or an evening shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day, reporting to the shift leads. An internship stamp is provided.

The Details

📍 Location: Thanh My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (full-time, relocation required).

📅 Period: 1 January 2027 to 30 June 2027 (6 months, or more if possible).

💶 Compensation: salary and lunch vouchers.
