Do you want to own a marketing lane at an early-stage AI-native startup, with your work directly shaping how the market sees the product, in sunny Lisbon? InspectOS is looking for a Digital Marketing and Content Intern to help build awareness, create content that converts, and stress-test channels for its PropTech home inspection product.

About InspectOS

InspectOS is an AI-native PropTech product: a home inspection website that helps inspectors and property owners run structured, evidence-backed inspections. It is early-stage, which means your content, positioning and distribution work will directly shape how the market sees the company.

Why This Role Exists

๐ŸŽฏ Your job is to help build awareness with the right audiences (inspectors, property managers, agencies and property owners), translate complex product value into content that converts (signups, demos, waitlists, installs), and stress-test channels, messages and funnels for a specialised B2B and prosumer audience. You are not here to "help with socials," you are here to own a lane, and you can help design it with the team.

Choose Your Focus

You will have one primary track and are welcome to blend tracks if you are strong in more than one area. The key is clear ownership. In your application, mention your primary track and whether you would like a track mix.

๐Ÿ“ฑ Track A, Social and Content: plan and schedule content for LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube Shorts; create reels, carousels and short explainer videos from product demos, use cases and behind-the-scenes material; write product-led captions and micro-copy that drive signups, waitlist adds and demo requests; and keep brand tone consistent while adapting the message for inspectors, agencies and property owners.

๐Ÿ” Track B, SEO and Website Content: write and refine product pages, use-case pages and blog content for inspectos.com; do keyword research and on-page SEO for inspection, property management and property owner search queries; help build topical content hubs such as property inspections in Portugal, inspection documentation and PropTech in the EU; and support conversion improvements on landing pages.

๐Ÿ“Š Track C, Funnels, Email and Analytics (advanced, optional): assist in building landing pages and lead magnets such as inspection checklists and property owner guides; draft email flows for inspectors, property managers, agencies and owners; track performance (reach, CTR, signups, activation, retention) and suggest next steps; and experiment with AI tools for copy, creatives, segmentation and automation.

๐Ÿ’ธ Track D, Paid and Programmatic Marketing: set up and run programmatic campaigns across paid social (LinkedIn, Meta), Google Ads and retargeting; segment audiences by role and match creative and messaging to each; manage small test budgets, track cost per signup and cost per demo, and iterate; and coordinate paid campaigns with organic content, SEO and email flows.

What You'll Do Across All Tracks

๐Ÿงฉ Turn product features into digital assets that inspection professionals and property owners actually want to click.

๐Ÿš€ Support launch campaigns, feature releases and early-traction pushes for InspectOS.

๐ŸŒ Translate and localize digital marketing materials across the relevant European markets.

๐Ÿค Coordinate with product, design and founders so visuals, copy and targeting stay aligned with the product roadmap, and prepare short weekly updates on what went live, what worked and what is next.

What They're Looking For

โœ๏ธ Strong written English. Portuguese, Dutch, German or other EU languages are a plus.

๐Ÿ’ก A genuine interest in digital marketing, brand building and PropTech or B2B SaaS. Show anything you have made, even side projects.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Basic tool skills: social (LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta Business Suite, TikTok or Shorts) and design (Canva, Figma or similar). Bonus points for GA4, email tools (Mailchimp, Resend, HubSpot or similar), basic SEO, paid ads platforms (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, Google Ads) and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney and others).

๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Organized and reliable, able to run a content calendar or campaign without being micromanaged, and comfortable taking real responsibility, not just "supporting."

The Intern Team and Life at the Office

๐Ÿ‘ฅ You are part of a community from day one. You are not moving to Portugal to figure things out alone: the office culture is welcoming and international, and there is always someone around to help you settle in. You join a tight intern crew working onsite at the Lisbon office, alongside interns in marketing, product, development and data roles, most of them international.

๐ŸŒŠ Day to day, that means short feedback loops with founders and decision-makers, brainstorming sessions where interns think from first principles, and direct collaboration across teams. The crew also hangs out beyond work hours, with beach days, surf sessions, pastel de nata runs, padel, rooftop drinks and weekend day trips to Sintra, Arrรกbida or the Alentejo.

What You Get

๐Ÿ“ A portfolio with live work on a real PropTech product, not classroom exercises.

๐Ÿ“ˆ Insight into how marketing drives signups, activation and revenue in an early-stage, AI-native product.

๐Ÿข An onsite setup at the Lisbon office, with direct access to the team every day and to founders and decision-makers, with short feedback loops and fast learning.

๐Ÿ–๏ธ Life in Lisbon: sunshine almost year-round, beach and surf 20 minutes away (Cascais, Costa da Caparica, Carcavelos), one of Europe's best food scenes, and a cost of living that still leaves room to enjoy it, all safe, walkable and very international.
