Do you want to explore your emotions, build resilience and grow through journaling on the shores of Lake Balaton? Echoes of Emotions is an Erasmus+ youth exchange in Siรณfok, Hungary, bringing together young people from Hungary, Slovakia and Romania to strengthen emotional intelligence and mental well-being through non-formal education.
About the Organiser
MoVitation is a newly founded youth NGO based in Budapest, created by 15 young people who previously participated in Erasmus+ projects. What unites them is a shared passion for the Erasmus+ world and a conviction that they want to pass these opportunities on to more people from their communities and beyond. They believe Erasmus+ has the power to genuinely change lives, the way it changed theirs, and that non-formal education and intercultural dialogue are essential tools for youth development.
About the Project
The project works with 36 young people aged 18 to 24 across Romania, Slovakia and Hungary, equipping them with soft skills such as communication, adaptability and creativity, and guiding them in emotional expression through journaling. Through this, the project aims to strengthen their emotional intelligence, mental well-being and capacity to thrive in their social and professional lives. The goal is to increase the ability to effectively express emotions among these 36 youth from partner organizations by the end of the project. Each country sends 12 participants.
