Aspiri a diventare insegnante d'asilo? Questa è l'opportunità per fare pratica, con anche la possibilità di conoscere usi e costumi d'un altro paese. Gli asili di Danzica t'attendono per mettere alla prova le tue capacità e accogliere le tue idee, progetti e iniziative. I tuoi cómpiti saranno supportare insegnanti e dade a preparare attività e decorazioni, e aiutarle durante uscite e attività aggiuntive. È importante che tu condivida con i bambini la cultura del tuo paese –cucina, storia, lingua- usando metodi pedagogici creativi e non-formali, e conducendo giochi e animazioni. I contenuti del tuo volontariato sono disegnati assieme alla direttrice dell'asilo sulla base delle tue abilità e interessi. Allo stesso tempo, devi essere disponibile a rispettare il quotidiano programma educativo e ricreativo dell'asilo. L'orario di lavoro è quello dell'asilo, per circa 30-35 ore a settimana, durante i giorni feriali, e qualche rara volta nel fine settimana.
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
Vivrai in un appartamento equipaggiato con tutte le necessità di base, in stanza doppia. Riceverai un supporto finanziario mensile di circa 180 euro pienamente sufficiente alle tue spese personali, più un'altra somma adeguata ad acquistare generi alimentari da cucinare a casa. I trasporti locali collegati al progetto sono completamente rimborsati, così come il viaggio d'andata e ritorno dall'Italia alla Polonia. Un'assicurazione convenzionata con l'Unione Europea ti coprirà in caso di malattia o infortunio.
Training during the activity
Parteciperai a 3 sessioni di formazione ufficiali: una prima della partenza dall'Italia, una seconda qualche settimana dopo il tuo arrivo in Polonia e una terza dopo la metà del volontariato. Oltre a queste formazioni, gli staffs degli asili saranno sempre pronti a darti supporto, e all'inizio t'aiuteranno a inserirti nelle varie attività della struttura. Ogni mese o due verranno organizzati dei momenti di valutazione con i responsabili dell'organizzazione di coordinamento per valutare come sta andando la tua esperienza, che ti permetterà di sviluppare esperienza professionale nel settore.
Participant profile
Sei il nostro candidato ideale se hai già avuto esperienze di lavoro con bambini d'età dai 3 ai 6 anni, e sei entusiasta di supportare quotidianamente e in maniera intraprendente le attività negli asili. Devi essere creativo, aperto e capace di stabilire con facilità connessioni sia con bambini che con adulti. Ciò che gli asili valutano più positivamente sono lo spirito di gruppo, la pazienza e un'attitudine verso i bambini che sia sempre positiva. Sono molto apprezzate anche abilità artistiche, come una passione per le arti visuali o la musica, perché possono arricchire le attività educative e creative rivolte ai bambini. È obbligatorio parlare almeno un livello base d'Inglese. Non possono candidarsi a questo progetto giovani che soffrano di dipendenze di qualsiasi tipo, e dovrai presentare un casellario giudiziale senza segnalazioni. E ricordati che tutto il materiale che metti a supporto della tua candidatura dev'essere in Inglese (o in Polacco, se lo parli....).
