• Participer aux activités de journée proposées dans le foyer ou à l’extérieur : ateliers artistiques, activités manuelles, sorties, temps de détente ou de médiation.
• Créer du lien avec chaque personne accueillie, en respectant son rythme et ses besoins.
• Être une présence stable, douce et respectueuse, sans posture d’expert, mais dans la relation et l’écoute.
• Contribuer à des ateliers selon ses talents : musique, sport adapté, bricolage, jardin, jeux, etc.
• Partager les temps de vie du foyer durant la journée : goûters, temps calmes, déplacements, etc.
• Intégrer peu à peu l’équipe du service de jour, participer aux réunions d’organisation pour mieux comprendre les projets et besoins des personnes accueillies.
• Découvrir la diversité des métiers du secteur médico-social, en lien avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire (éducateur·rices, etc.).
