Description
Pendant douze mois, le/la volontaire participera à la conception, à la réalisation et à la diffusion de contenus destinés à faire connaître les actions de HuSoMe auprès du grand public, et plus particulièrement des jeunes Européens. Il/elle contribuera notamment à: Concevoir des campagnes de communication et de sensibilisation sur les réseaux sociaux Réaliser vidéos, interviews, témoignages, reportages et supports visuels valorisant les actions de terrain Participer au développement d’une ligne éditoriale dynamique, créative et participative Collaborer avec les équipes locales afin de mettre en lumière les initiatives, les parcours de vie et les projets conduits dans les pays d’intervention Contribuer au développement de la communauté numérique de HuSoMe et favoriser l’engagement citoyen des jeunes autour des valeurs de solidarité, de paix et de coopération internationale. Le/la volontaire sera encouragé(e) à proposer ses propres idées et à développer des projets innovants.
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
Un hébergement pourra être proposé au Foyer Mozart (pour les jeunes femmes) ou au Foyer Sainte-Constance (pour les jeunes hommes), à Metz, sous réserve des disponibilités. Une cuisine équipée est mise à disposition dans les locaux de HuSoMe afin de permettre la préparation des repas dans un cadre convivial. Les déplacements liés à la mission seront pris en charge conformément aux règles du programme du Corps européen de solidarité.
Training during the activity
Dès son arrivée, le/la volontaire bénéficiera d’un parcours d’intégration lui permettant de découvrir les valeurs, l'équipe et les projets de HuSoMe, ainsi que les principes de l’action humanitaire. Tout au long de sa mission, il/elle sera accompagné(e) par un tuteur et bénéficiera d’un suivi personnalisé favorisant son développement personnel et professionnel. Le/la volontaire sera invité(e) à concevoir et à mettre en œuvre un projet personnel en lien avec l’un des pays d’intervention de HuSoMe. Le/la volontaire participera également aux deux formations obligatoires du C.E.S.
Participant profile
Nous recherchons une personne curieuse, créative, ouverte sur le monde et désireuse de mettre ses compétences au service d’une cause humanitaire. Le/la candidat(e) devra : Avoir un réel intérêt pour la communication, les médias numériques et la solidarité internationale ; Apprécier le travail en équipe dans un environnement multiculturel ; Faire preuve d’initiative, d’autonomie et de sens des responsabilités ; Posséder de bonnes compétences rédactionnelles et une aisance dans l’utilisation des réseaux sociaux et des outils numériques de création de contenus (photo, vidéo, graphisme ou montage constituant un atout). Une bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (C1) est indispensable afin de faciliter les échanges avec les partenaires internationaux. La maîtrise de l'une de ces langues : arabe, ukrainien ou russe (B2 ou C1) est nécessaire. Cette mission s’adresse avant tout à une personne souhaitant vivre une expérience humaine exceptionnelle, développer des compétences reconnues dans le domaine de la communication humanitaire et contribuer concrètement à des projets ayant un impact direct sur les populations civiles affectées par les conflits.
