Solidarités International (SI) is offering a Grants and Partnership Management Internship at its headquarters in Clichy, near Paris, supporting its Partnership and Operational Development Service.

What You'll Do

The intern assists the Partnership and Operational Development Officers (RPDO) and the Service Manager at the geographic desks and the Partnership and Operational Development Service (SPDO), with a priority focus on private donors and French decentralized cooperation, and provides support to Country Offices:

🤝 Support Country Offices in managing grants and implementation partnerships, including developing project proposals and reports for donors.

🗂️ Support administrative tasks needed for the programme and grant management of Country Offices and the SPDO service.

🔎 Contribute to donor intelligence (compliance, development and engagement), including producing documents, formats and internal capitalization notes and participating in certain meetings.

🔗 Support internal coordination and the flow of information between desk, headquarters and the field.

Through the internship you will discover how an NGO headquarters operates and its relationship with the field, understand humanitarian and geopolitical issues in the desk countries, deepen your understanding of needs analysis and project cycle management tools, learn the main requirements and procedures of humanitarian donors, and explore the strategic planning process of an NGO.

Your Profile

🎓 Higher education (bac +5 level), preferably oriented towards project management and/or humanitarian action, political science or international relations, with knowledge of water, food security or rehabilitation issues.

❤️ Genuine interest in and motivation for the nonprofit and humanitarian sector, and a willingness to deploy to the field in the short term.

✍️ Excellent writing, synthesis and spelling skills, critical and analytical thinking, autonomy, rigour, responsiveness, organisation, efficiency, versatility, and a strong capacity for work.

💻 IT: Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet and email (Outlook), and a good level of English.

The Details

📍 Location: Solidarités International headquarters, Clichy-la-Garenne (92110), Île-de-France, France. Teleworking 4 to 12 days per month; occasional external travel for meetings, professional lunches and campaign launch events.

🗓️ Start date: from mid-September 2026. Duration: 6 months. A mandatory internship agreement (convention de stage) is required.

💶 Legal internship gratification of 15% of the hourly social security ceiling, calculated pro rata to actual hours worked per month (on average 154 hours per month, i.e. 22 days of 7 hours). Public transport covered at 50%, and meal vouchers of 8.90 euros per effective day of internship, with SI covering 60%.
