We are looking for 2 volunteers to join us! 📍 Project location: Trzebież (West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Poland), check us HERE: https://www.facebook.com/MOWTrzebiez !!!!! The Youth Educational Centre in Trzebież conducts educational, therapeutic, and social reintegration programmes. It offers a wide range of activities aimed at developing the interests and skills of its residents, such as sports (running, football, crossfit), arts, theatre, music, cooking, vocational training, as well as individual and group support. The Centre holds an Erasmus+ Youth accreditation and actively participates in youth exchanges. Volunteer Tasks: • Organising and conducting thematic workshops for the residents (e.g. language, culinary, sports, or artistic), based on your skills and interests, using non-formal education methods • Co-organising local events and initiatives

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

• Accommodation in our Youth Centre at the beginning for you to find out if you like the place :) , then - rented flat/room

• Monthly pocket money (6 euro/day) and food allowance - alltogether 10euro/day

• Reimbursement of travel expenses (in accordance with ESC rules) • HENNER insurance & language support EU Academy


Training during the activity

• Getting to know the Youth Educational Centre (MOW) and its staff

• Participation in On-Arrival and Mid-Term training (organized by the National Agency)

• Participation in activities and trainings offered by MOW Trzebież, such as:

• Team building • Language animation sessions

• Other development workshops (social rehabilitation in Poland, etc.)

Participant profile

We welcome applications from young people aged 18–30 from European countries who are open to working with youth, motivated to act, and willing to work in a rural area and live in nearby city. Experience in education or youth work is welcome, but not required. We're looking for volunteers who want to grow... People curious about non-formal education. But also those who want to see how formal education works. And how youth projects are done in real life. We run sports (crossfit, running, football, volleyball) and art (music, ceramics, scrapbooking) activities. We organize youth exchanges. Volunteers can join all of this. But you can also bring your own ideas and make them happen.
