https://canva.link/j5g1mybh1m5sthv We are looking for an energetic and motivated young person who is passionate about sports, physical activity, and promoting a healthy lifestyle. As a volunteer, you will encourage community members of different ages to stay active through fun and inclusive physical activities. You will have the opportunity to organize and lead activities such as stretching sessions, yoga, pilates, dance fitness, Zumba, outdoor games, and recreational sports events. Tasks of the volunteer:
1. Organize and facilitate sports and physical activity sessions for children, youth, adults, and seniors
2. Lead or support activities such as yoga, pilates, Zumba, stretching, dance fitness, and outdoor exercises
3. Help document activities through photos, videos, social media content, or reports
4. Support local sports events, tournaments, and recreational activities 5. Share sports practices and healthy lifestyle ideas from your country and culture
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
-This project is part of the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) programme, which covers:
-Accommodation: Provided in Lฤbork;
-Food: Monthly allowance for meals;
-Pocket money: Provided according to ESC rules;
-Health insurance: Full coverage through Henner;
-Local transportation: Covered for project-related activities.
Training during the activity
After your arrival, you will take part in an onboarding training at the EDUQ Association to help you get to know our team, your tasks, and the local community. You will also participate in two national trainings organized by the Polish National Agency: A week-long On-Arrival Training in Warsaw A week-long Mid-Term Training in Toruล These trainings will help you connect with other ESC volunteers, learn more about the European Solidarity Corps, and develop your skills for the volunteering experience in Poland.
Participant profile
We are looking for a young person who enjoys sports, movement, and motivating others to stay active. The ideal volunteer is enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels encouraged to participate.
1. Passionate about sports, fitness, health, and wellbeing;
2. Interested in leading or supporting activities such as yoga, pilates, Zumba, dance fitness, stretching, or recreational sports;
3. Energetic, communicative, and confident working with diverse groups of people;
4. Creative and willing to develop new ideas for physical activities and community events;
5. Open-minded and interested in intercultural exchange;
6. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team;
7. Previous experience in sports, coaching, fitness, dance, or physical education is an advantage but not required;
8. At least B1 English level;
