🇭🇷 Programme in Croatia 🗳️ Democracy Re:boot Camp 2026: Training for Young Changemakers 🔥 (Fully funded)

Democracy Re:boot Camp is an in-person, pan-European programme designed to strengthen democratic resilience by empowering a new generation of leaders. Organised by D-Hub and ERSTE Foundation, the 2026 edition (the second) takes place from 24 to 28 September on Cres Island, Croatia, bringing together 30 young democracy builders aged 18 to 28 from across Europe, fully funded.

What to Expect

Sessions combine expert input with peer exchange, including workshops, case studies, facilitated discussions and hands-on working sessions, alongside laid-back moments, shared meals, a boat tour and free evenings (these are part of why the week works). The programme features experienced practitioners, strategists and leaders, with the full speaker list shared with selected participants beforehand. The residential format on Cres is intentional: being removed from everyday routines creates the conditions for meaningful work and connection.
