Description
L’organizzazione d’accoglienza è un centro educativo che si occupa di dare accoglienza a bambini in un ambiente innovativo e mette al centro l’aspetto emotivo-psicologico dell’educazione. Svolgerai varie attività durante la settimana, con qualche evento anche il sabato. Ti inserirai nella comunità scolastica locale, proponendo iniziative (in base ai tuoi interessi) e partecipando a progetti fondati sullo sviluppo e la crescita. Sarai accompagnato da professionisti, così da poter imparare bene il mestiere. Lavorerai all’aria aperta (attività di giardinaggio e gite) e all’interno delle aule (supporto agli insegnanti, preparazione del materiale, arte, aiuto al giornale scolastico). Accompagnerai i bambini e starai con loro durante il pranzo o le ore di biblioteca, preparerai workshops a tema e il materiale educativo necessario. Ti verrà richiesto di raccontare la tua esperienza e le opportunità dell’ESC e di mobilità europea. Produrrai contenuti per raccontare le attività.
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
Alloggerai in una stanza in un appartamento di Murcia, dove vivrai con altri volontari in una casa dotata di tutto il necessario. Ogni mese riceverai una retribuzione di 186 euro, e un'altra somma di 184 euro per le spese d'alimentazione. Il viaggio d'andata e ritorno dall'Italia alla Spagna sarà rimborsato. Se per ragioni di servizio dovrai spostarti dentro Murcia potrai scegliere tra la bicicletta e l'abbonamento dell'autobus. L'orario dell'attività oscillerà intorno alle 34 ore a settimana, dal lunedì al venerdì, con eccezioni. Un'assicurazione europea ti coprirà in caso di infortunio.
Training during the activity
Ci saranno 3 momenti formativi ufficiali: una formazione prepartenza prima di lasciare l'Italia, una formazione all'arrivo in Spagna e una terza formazione a circa metà del periodo di volontariato. Partecipando a questo volontariato acquisirai un significativo bagaglio d'esperienze che include tutte le dimensioni dell'essere umano, e in particolare quella psico-emotiva. Si tratterà d'un vero e arricchente scambio di conoscenze, valori, esperienze e competenze tra te e il contesto sociale e umano dove opererai. Questa esperienza ti dà una formazione professionale per diventare insegnante.

Sei il candidato perfetto se sei motivato, creativo, paziente, puntuale e responsabile. Se partecipi alle varie attività con entusiasmo, questo è il progetto che fa per te. Un forte interesse per l'istruzione, la formazione interculturale e verso la comunità è necessario, così come i valori di solidarietà e rispetto. Per questo progetto devi essere attivo, aperto, avere spirito d'iniziativa ed, eventualmente, parlare qualche parola di spagnolo, per facilitare la comunicazione basica. E' un'attività che ti permetterà di conoscere la cultura locale e la comunità, ma anche di imparare tanto e di incrementare le tue competenze e capacità personali e professionali.
