Open call for youth workers (18+) from France, Italy, Germany, Poland, Portugal and Spain to join the Erasmus+ Training Course "Authentic Leaders for Collective Action," a 10-day immersion from 1 to 12 September 2026 in Chartrier-Ferriรจre, France, where 22 youth workers discover cooperation tools and embodiment practices to foster authentic leadership.


About the Course

A unique 10-day immersion combining theoretical moments and body practices to experiment with how we cooperate with others and understand ourselves better. It provides facilitation tools through a head-heart-body pedagogy and creative processes, offering a supportive posture for the work of youth leaders. The intention is to equip youth workers to support a generation of young people capable of working together cooperatively and inclusively, in wellbeing, while developing their empowerment and authentic leadership.

What You'll Discover

๐ŸŽฒ Games and reflective concepts to rethink your role and place in a group and identify your uniqueness

๐Ÿ’ƒ Dance, contact improvisation and somatic practices to better perceive your body, reactions and self (no dance experience needed; these help you return to the present, regulate stress and emotions and express yourself from a centred energy)

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Tools and methodologies such as the art of feedback, co-development and facilitation


Personal Objectives

๐Ÿชž Personal growth and self-awareness: discover more about yourself, your posture, talents and skills; improve your capacity to listen and express emotions, needs and limits; gain self-confidence and body awareness

๐Ÿค Interpersonal and community connection: meet 22 youth workers of 5 nationalities, share experiences and create lasting connections, taking your place in a group with deeper presence and authenticity

Who Is This For

๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿซ Youth leaders, social workers, volunteers, teachers and others who work with youth, willing to experiment with cooperative tools and embodiment practices

๐Ÿ”ž Aged 18+, able to understand and communicate in English

๐Ÿ“‹ Committed to the whole programme (arriving late or leaving early is not allowed); prepare for an intensive experience with at least 6 hours of activities every day
