Open call for youth workers (18+) from Cyprus, France, Germany, Greece, Serbia, Tรผrkiye, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Kosovo to join the Erasmus+ Training Course "Conflictual Potentials," two connected trainings on nonviolent conflict transformation, intercultural understanding and ways of combating stereotypes and "othering." It runs in two stages in Pullach/Munich, Germany, and participation in both stages is mandatory.
About the Project
planIMPACT e.V., together with the Youth Peace Ambassadors Network, aims to equip youth workers, leaders, educators and activists with practical competencies in nonviolent conflict transformation, intercultural understanding and combating othering, so they can act as multipliers and help build more peaceful, inclusive and democratic communities. The project sees conflict not only as destructive but as carrying potential for transformation, growth, dialogue and social change when approached constructively and nonviolently.
The Two Training Courses
๐๏ธ Training Course on Combating Othering
๐ค Training Course on Conflict Transformation
Both combine non-formal education, experiential learning, intercultural dialogue, peer-to-peer exchange and practical tools you can later apply in your own community and organisation.
