Open call for youth workers (18+) from Albania, Georgia, Germany, Spain, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Slovakia to join the Erasmus+ Training Course "Behind the Wheel," from 17 to 25 August 2026 in Bernฤti, Latvia. The course strengthens youth workers' understanding of youth wellbeing and gives them practical tools to support young people's emotional balance, self-awareness and personal growth.

About the Project

"Behind the Wheel" is based on the idea that youth workers are often "behind the wheel" of the learning process: the way they communicate, facilitate activities and manage their own emotions and energy has a direct impact on young people's experiences and wellbeing. The course combines embodiment, mindfulness, coaching approaches and reflective practices to improve both personal and professional skills, with methods you can later integrate into youth exchanges, youth centres, schools and community work.

What You'll Focus On

๐Ÿค Exploring the role of youth workers in creating safe, inclusive and supportive learning environments
