ESIC University is looking for a Student Mobility Officer trainee to support the day-to-day operational management of incoming and outgoing student mobility under Erasmus+ KA131. The role sits at the highest-volume, highest-interaction point of the office and is critical to delivering a quality mobility experience.


The Role

You'll work at the heart of the international office, managing the practical side of student exchanges and acting as a key point of contact for students throughout their mobility.


Main Responsibilities

๐Ÿ”„ Manage the nomination and application cycle for incoming exchange students from partner institutions

๐Ÿ“ Process Online Learning Agreements (OLA) for incoming and outgoing students, liaising with academic coordinators

โœˆ๏ธ Support outgoing ESIC students through pre-departure briefings, documentation and grant procedures

๐Ÿค Coordinate the onboarding of incoming students: welcome sessions, arrival logistics, integration activities

๐Ÿ“Š Maintain student mobility databases and ensure data quality for SEPIE reporting

๐Ÿ’ฌ Act as first-line contact for student queries (in English and Spanish)

Required Profile

๐ŸŽ“ Currently enrolled as a higher education student (Bachelor or Master) in a European institution holding a valid ECHE

๐Ÿ“š Background in International Relations, European Studies, Business Administration, Modern Languages, Education Management or related fields

๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ English C1 and Spanish B2 (both required and tested in interview)

๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and comfort with administrative volume

๐ŸŒ Genuine interest in international higher education as a professional field

โž• Previous experience as an Erasmus student, ESN volunteer or international office assistant is valued but not required
