The Sexological Centre at Aalborg University Hospital and the Translational Neuropsychiatry Unit at Aarhus University are seeking motivated Erasmus interns to gain experience in clinical research, interdisciplinary health sciences and science communication.

About the Research Environment

The research works at the intersection of sexology, hormones, mental health, neurobiology and clinical practice. Current projects include studies on transgender and gender-diverse health, gender-affirming care, hormonal treatment, stress physiology, wellbeing, dropout from clinical care, wearable technology and patient-reported outcomes. It's especially relevant for students in medicine, psychology, neuroscience, public health, sociology, data science, health technology, biomedical sciences or related fields โ€” and welcomes those who are curious, independent and interested in a clinical research environment where quantitative data, patient perspectives and real-world healthcare challenges converge.
