Description
L'organizzazione di accoglienza è un centro polifunzionale, con una lunga esperienza nell'educazione, multiculturalimo, arte e cooperazione, che unisce persone da tutto il mondo. Lavora principalmente sull'integrazione, i giovani e l'inclusività, portando avanti progetti quali il Flying Hub e l'evento internazionale Lelenfant, attività che promuovono l'inserimento sociale di gruppi marginalizzati e l'arte. In questo progetto si entra in contatto con ragazzi polacchi, bambini e gruppi artistici da tutto il mondo. Le attività principali sono suddivise in due periodi: la partecipazione al Flying Hub prima e l'organizzazione e la partecipazione all'evento Lelenfant, poi. Vi sono diverse mansioni quali: seminari, ricerche, coordinamento di progetti, preparazione di documenti e promozione delle attività. Ci sarà l'opportunità concreta di entrare a contatto con la cultura polacca, ma non solo! Lelenfant è aperto a tutti e ogni anno partecipano moltissime persone a questo festival mondiale.
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
Alloggerai in camera doppia in un appartamento condiviso con altri volontari europei o studenti. Gli appartamenti non sono di lusso, ma sono equipaggiati con tutto il necessario, compreso internet. Riceverai mensilmente 180 euro per le tue spese personali, a cui se ne aggiungono altrettanti per l'acquisto di generi alimentari da cucinare a casa. I costi del viaggio d’andata e ritorno dall'Italia alla Polonia ti saranno completamente rimborsati. Per muoverti in città ti verrà offerto l'abbonamento valido su tutti i mezzi di trasporto pubblici. Ti verrà anche fornita un'assicurazione.
Training during the activity
Parteciperai a 3 momenti formativi ufficiali: uno in Italia prima della partenza, un secondo poco dopo il tuo arrivo in Polonia e un terzo a metà del volontariato. Seguirà il corso di Polacco, due lezioni a settimana. Un mentor ti supporterà dandoti ulteriore aiuto durante l'intero arco del progetto. Partecipare a questa attività ti darà rilevanti competenze nel settore dei minori e nell'organizzare festival internazionali. Otterrai nuove capacità inter-relazionali, ti farai nuovi amici da tutto il mondo e imparerai una nuova lingua!! Sarà una meravigliosa esperienza interculturale.

Sei il nostro candidato ideale se sei davvero fluente in inglese, sei flessibile e interessato a imparare il polacco e a conoscere la cultura locale. Se sei capace di lavorare in un ambiente multiculturale e con i giovani, e ti senti in grado d'organizzare attività sociali per loro sei la persona che fa per noi. Sei una persona responsabile e affidabile, ma anche curioso verso il mondo e le sue oportunità e, al contempo, sai lavorare in ufficio. Competenze organizzative e conoscenze degli strumenti digitali (editing, foto, video, social media...) sono ben accette!!! Così come il desiderio di mettersi alla prova e una buona capacità sia nel lavoro individuale, che di squadra. Ti vogliamo entusiasta, pronto a imparare, motivato e responsabile, ma anche disposto a divertirti e crescere. E ricordati che tutto il materiale che metti a supporto della tua candidatura dev'essere in Inglese (o in Polacco se lo sai già...).
