Do you have a strong passion for digital marketing, sales and business, and enjoy talking to clients and finding new opportunities? This company is seeking 1–2 interns to work closely with management in its Digital Marketing and Sales team and help grow the business globally.

About the Company

They are a leading manufacturer and designer of materials used in fashion and leather goods, based in Almere, near Amsterdam in the Netherlands. The company exports to more than 55 countries and has a global footprint of 8,500 clients — primarily designers and wholesalers. Their goal is to be innovative, bring new products to market, strongly increase their digital presence and lead the fashion industry. As an intern in digital marketing and sales, you'll learn about B2B business, supply chain, working in international teams and multitasking in a business environment.

Key Activities

🤝 Communicating with international clients independently and being responsible for various designers and global brands in over 55 countries

📲 Analysing information and managing social media, content writing and digital marketing

🎨 Advising international designers on material possibilities and how to build a brand

🛒 Handling the entire sales process, from client orders to communication

📈 Supporting various sales and marketing activities and working on independent projects

🔎 Following up and generating new ideas and strategies to create leads and prospects through digital marketing

🛍️ Using new marketplaces like Faire and Ankorstore more effectively to reach new clients

What They're Looking For

🗣️ Good English, and perhaps a European language too (preferably German, Spanish and/or French)

🚀 High enthusiasm and eagerness to develop in digital marketing, content writing, sales and business operations

🤝 The ability to work well in a diverse team and independently

💡 An entrepreneurial mindset

🧩 Prior work experience is nice to have but not necessary, and sales experience is a plus

Who Can Apply

This is a Digital Opportunities Traineeship (DOT) under Erasmus+. You need to be a student or recent graduate based in one of the 33 Erasmus+ Programme Countries (or a Horizon 2020 Associated Country). Before applying, check with your university whether you are eligible for an Erasmus+ traineeship.

📍 Location: Almere, Netherlands (near Amsterdam; on-site)

🗓️ Period: 15 July 2026 to 28 February 2027

⏳ Duration: 4 months

🕒 Commitment: Full-time

💶 Compensation: Paid — monthly allowances, plus free paid holidays
