The FIA Region I office, based in Brussels, is a consumer body of 102 Mobility Clubs representing over 40 million members across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Your Tasks

✍️ Drafting and editing engaging articles

📨 Crafting weekly newsletters

🎨 Creating striking communications materials — brochures, banners and social media visuals

💻 Updating and managing website content via WordPress

📰 Monitoring press activities and supporting social media management

🎟️ Assisting in the organisation of events and analysing surveys, social media and website analytics

🚦 Supporting international awareness and advocacy campaigns on road safety and mobility-related topics

Who They're Looking For

🎓 University students seeking practical experience within an international team, and willing to relocate to Brussels

🗣️ High proficiency in English (written and spoken), creativity and a keen eye for detail

📋 Organised, enthusiastic individuals with a knack for prioritising tasks

🛠️ Familiarity with Adobe Suite, HTML/WordPress and an active social media presence is advantageous

📄 Candidates must be registered at a higher education institution and have the right to work in Belgium
