This innovative project, led by CIVS Kenya in partnership with MONDO, takes place at key resource centers in the Kano Plains region of Kisumu County — specifically Nyakach and Kuth Awendo. These centers serve as vital community development hubs offering:

As part of the BRIDGE Project (Building Resilience, Innovation, Development, and Gender Equality), you'll work toward empowering vulnerable communities — especially women. The project provides hands-on experience in:

🍳 Prepare your own meals
🏍️ Transport to project sites is by motorcycle
🚐 Trips to markets or Kisumu City use public minibuses

✅ 18 to 35 years old
✅ Residing in an eligible country (EU Member State, North Macedonia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Türkiye)
✅ Confident with digital tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, Google Drive)
✅ Knowledge of online safety basics
✅ Ability to create social media content
✅ Patient and clear in explaining digital skills
✅ Adaptable, with intercultural experience
✅ Passionate about mentoring
✅ Comfortable with a range of digital devices
✅ Completed the compulsory Humanitarian Aid Volunteering training
✅ Have not previously participated in individual Humanitarian Aid Volunteering
