Description
Ofrecemos un programa de voluntariado para jóvenes de 18 a 30 años que quieren aprender o desarrollar sus habilidades en permacultura, agricultura regenerativa y agroforestería sintrópica. El voluntariado dura 6 meses (desde inicio de julio a principio de diciembre) y consiste en cultivar hortalizas, cuidar frutales, cosechar y conservar alimentos, construir sistemas agroforestales, cuidar animales (ovejas, gallinas y abejas), cuidar la erosión y mejorar la fertilidad de los suelos, diseñar en claves permaculturales y realizar proyectos específicos en la finca (bioconstrucción, sistemas de agua, ecotecnologías, etc.). El voluntariado se realiza en equipo multicultural de 6 voluntarias/os que proceden de España, Europa y fuera de Europa. Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
L@s voluntari@s se alojan en la finca, en habitaciones compartidas. La mayor parte del año se utilizan instalaciones externas (ducha solar, baño seco). Hay conexión a Internet disponible en la biblioteca/espacio común. En invierno, trabajamos frecuentemente bajo la lluvia y la temperatura puede bajar hasta 3 grados centígrados por la noche (también puede hacer frío adentro). En verano normalmente trabajamos con 32ºC y puede llegar a más de 40ºC. Los alimentos están cubiertos parcialmente por nuestros productos de la finca, el resto se compra en el pueblo vecino.
Training during the activity
No ofrecemos Certificado de Diseño de Permacultura, pero constantemente damos talleres para trabajar de acuerdo con los conceptos y la metodología de la permacultura. El objetivo de nuestro proyecto es formarte para que puedas convertirte en un agente de cambio social y ambiental, mejorar tu conciencia sobre el entorno natural, convertirte en actor proactivo de tu vida personal y profesional y convertirte en líder de tu comunidad. Nos enfocamos en aprender haciendo, donde los errores son parte del proceso. Los voluntarios se forman a través de talleres específicos y el desarrollo de proyectos.
