DESCRIPTION

Face Club is a youth centre in Spišská Belá, a open space where local kids and young people come to spend time, create and learn new things. We are looking for volunteers who are interested in creative workshops, helping with social media, taking photos or filming events. You could work with our 3D printer, or come up with something else entirely. If you have a skill or an idea, we're open to it. At the same time, there's always the everyday side of things, preparing the space, getting materials ready, helping plan activities for children and teenagers. English days, sport days, film evenings, holiday programmes and more. We occasionally work with partner organisations and take part in local cultural events as well. Volunteers are welcomed from six months to a whole year. We are very excited to hear from you! Check our infopack here: https://acesse.one/infopack-faceclub-slovakia

👷 Youth workers in Erasmus+ and ESC: who they are, what they do, and why they matter. Youth workers are the backbone of Erasmus+ and ESC projects — the people who design activities, support participants, manage group dynamics, and ensure that learning actually happens. Yet their role is rarely in the spotlight. This article gives a thorough and honest look at what youth workers do before, during, and after a project, and why their involvement is critical to the quality of every programme. Essential reading for anyone considering a career in non-formal education. 👉 https://youthworkshub.org/15128/
