Five online sessions. A small, committed working group. And a shared question worth spending months on together: what is the real impact of volunteering โ€” on young people, organisations, and communities โ€” and how do we actually measure and strengthen it?

SALTO EuroMed is rebooting its ESC Community of Practices for 2026 โ€” expanding the scope to focus on volunteering and its impact across the Euro-Med region. This is not a webinar you attend passively. It is a working group of practitioners who share, reflect, co-create, and produce something concrete together.

What Is This Community of Practices About?

The CoP will focus on the impact of volunteering on organisations, communities, and volunteers themselves โ€” across both European and South-Mediterranean contexts. Members take an active role in defining, assessing, and disseminating practices and approaches connected to their local realities.
