About the Project

This is a long-term ESC individual volunteering project focused on creative industries, communication, and storytelling. Based in Malmö, the program brings together a small team of creatives to produce real communication campaigns and content across multiple formats.

You’ll not just “help” — you’ll be part of an interdisciplinary creative team, working on projects that build both your skills and your portfolio.

What You’ll Do

🎬 Creating content for digital platforms (visual, written, multimedia)
📝 Developing storytelling formats and communication strategies
📸 Producing and organizing photo and video content
📢 Supporting campaigns and communication projects
🤝 Collaborating in an international creative team
🎯 Developing your own creative project using available resources

Learning & Experience

🎨 Hands-on experience in creative and cultural industries
📂 Building a strong portfolio through real projects
🧠 Mentorship from experienced professionals
🌍 Collaboration with local organizations and community initiatives
📈 Understanding how communication campaigns are developed and executed

Accommodation, Food & Travel

🏠 Private room in a shared apartment
💶 Around €500 monthly allowance for personal expenses and food
✈️ Travel costs covered (return ticket)

Working Conditions

🕒 Around 38 hours per week
🎯 Long-term immersive experience in a structured program
🏡 Contribution to daily tasks within the shared living/working space
