Introduction
The Frรถbel Schule in Aschaffenburg is a state special education center focused on supporting children and young people who need additional help in their academic journey. This volunteering experience places you directly in a school environment where learning support and inclusion are at the core of daily activities. You will be actively involved in both educational and social aspects of the institution, contributing to a meaningful learning atmosphere.
Objectives of the Project
The project aims to support children with special educational needs while giving volunteers hands-on experience in educational and social work settings. It creates a space where volunteers can observe, assist, and actively participate in learning processes.
Your Role as a Volunteer
As a volunteer, you will be integrated into the daily life of the school and contribute to different activities throughout the day.
๐ Supporting teachers and youth workers during school activities
๐ Assisting children with their homework and learning processes
๐ซ Taking part in the โoffener Ganztagโ after school care centre
๐จ Helping prepare and organize daily educational and leisure activities
๐ Participating in school events and special projects
Accommodation, Food and Transport
You will stay in a shared flat together with other volunteers, providing a social and supportive living environment.
