This study visit offers youth workers, sports officers, and local community professionals from Ireland, Italy, Malta, Finland, and Germany a platform to engage, exchange, and learn. Focused on social sport methods and the role of municipalities, this is an opportunity to collaborate, gain insights, and create meaningful connections for Erasmus+ projects.
Objectives
- 🌍 Explore how youth and sports sectors collaborate within municipalities and NGOs.
- 🏅 Learn from Finnish projects that promote social sports for young people.
- 🤝 Build partnerships and find potential collaborators for Erasmus+ youth or sports projects.
- 💡 Exchange good practices in youth work and social sports.
- 📋 Understand the impact of Erasmus+ projects on local communities.
- 🔍 Engage in job shadowing activities for hands-on learning.
- 🧠 Gain skills in designing quality Erasmus+ projects.

- Arrival and welcome dinner 🍽️
17 March:
- Introduction, setting objectives, exploring the role of municipalities in social sports for youth 🗣️
18 March:
- Group visits to municipalities and cities showcasing youth and sports initiatives 🏙️
19 March:
- Discussions on future cooperation, evaluation, and farewell lunch 🌟
Participant Profile
- Who: Youth workers, youth coaches, sport and youth officers.
- Countries: Applicants must apply via Irish, Italian, Maltese, German, or Finnish National Agencies.
- Language: Must be proficient in English.
