🎯 About the Training Course
This two-phase training course equips youth workers and coaches with the tools and strategies needed to mentor young people in designing, writing, and implementing impactful solidarity projects under the European Solidarity Corps framework.
Through interactive workshops, coaching techniques, and practical applications, participants will learn to guide young people in transforming their ideas into action, fostering community development, and enhancing social impact.
🌟 Objectives
Phase 1: Capacity Building for Youth Workers
- Gain a deep understanding of the European Solidarity Corps and its potential to empower youth.
- Develop coaching skills to effectively mentor young people.
- Enhance facilitation and communication abilities to inspire and collaborate with youth.
- Create action plans for implementing solidarity projects.
Middle Phase: Practical Application
- Participants will organize workshops or activities in their local communities, guiding young people in initiating and designing solidarity projects.
Phase 2: Reflection and Advancement
- Share experiences and lessons learned from the middle phase.
- Address challenges in solidarity projects through problem-solving workshops.
- Deepen coaching skills to empower youth initiatives further.
- Develop strategies for sustainability and scaling solidarity projects.
👥 Participant Profile
- Who Should Apply?
- Youth workers, trainers, NGO staff, youth leaders, volunteers, educators, and project managers.
- Eligibility:
- 18+ years old.
- Proficient in English.
- Committed to organizing a practical workshop or activity during the middle phase.

- Participation Fee: None!
- Accommodation & Meals: Fully covered by the Erasmus+ program.
- Travel Reimbursement:
Travel costs will be reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules:- 10–99 km: €28
- 100–499 km: €211
- 500–1,999 km: €309
- 2,000–2,999 km: €395
- 3,000–3,999 km: €580
(Only public transport and 2nd class fares are eligible. Taxi and private car costs are not reimbursed.)
