What Will You Do?
✍️ Content Creation: Write high-quality, engaging blog posts, articles, website copy, social media posts, and other marketing materials that inform and convert.
🔍 SEO Optimisation: Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to maximise organic visibility and search engine rankings.
📰 Digital PR: Write compelling pitches and proposals for journalists to secure publications in major real estate and proptech outlets.
🔗 Off-Page Backlinking: Collaborate with SEO managers of partner websites, identify link-building opportunities, and maintain the backlink database.
📊 Analytics & Reporting: Monitor website traffic and content performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, and provide actionable recommendations.
🗺️ Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with company goals and audience needs.
✅ Editing & Proofreading: Review and refine content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency across all channels.

Eligibility & Requirements
🎓 Erasmus+ Traineeship Grant (Mandatory): This is a Digital Opportunities Traineeship (DOT). Applicants must be students or recent graduates enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme and eligible for an Erasmus+ traineeship grant. Please confirm eligibility with your university before applying.
🌍 Eligible Countries: Students based in one of the 33 Erasmus+ Programme Countries or Horizon 2020 Associated Countries.
🗣️ Language: Exceptional written and spoken English skills are required (minimum B2 level).
📚 Field of Study: Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Art and Design, Business Studies, or a related field.
